Meet Trevor

Real Estate Sales and Marketing

Trevor serves as a developer for ranch development activities. He oversees day-to-day operations for the Company's ranch development projects, where land is secured and developed into large residential tracts (~20+ acres also referred to as "ranchettes").

He is currently developing 680 acres into 25 different homesites under the trade name Ranches at Sentinel Peak. In addition to operational activities, Trevor is a real estate agent who is searching for similar opportunities to further expand the Company's Ranch Development business line.

Trevor graduated with a finance degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2018 where he was an All-American baseball pitcher on a nationally-ranked NCAA team for many years. He has been married to his wife Madie since 2019 and lives in Dallas, Texas. He enjoys spending time with God, family, friends, and their two cats - Milo and Lola.
