Meet the Team

Mike and Kim Clinard launched Clinard Properties in 2014 with the vision to develop premier retail centers in major master planned communities. In 2021, they expanded into residential ranchette communities with a vision of providing low-density development with luxury ranchettes on large tracts of land.

Under the name Ranches at Real Estate, they are behind the Texas Hill Country properties at Ranches at Sentinel Peak in Fischer, Ranches at Round Mountain near Marble Falls, and Ranches at Dripping Springs, just west of Austin. Amazing views for every lot are critical in their quest to provide a high-end ranch style community that focuses on wildlife management and land conservation. Part of the vision of Ranches at Real Estate is to deliver a ranch lifestyle on a smaller scale because not everyone desires a large ranch. The easier-to-manage tracts still have plenty of room for animals, wildlife and dreams to grow.

Prior to Clinard Properties, Mike spent 18 years at Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM), the global leader in managing self-service financial kiosks. Mike started with Cardtronics at the beginning of their ATM venture in 1997 and was instrumental in the growth and success of the company, with annual revenues nearly $1.5 billion and a market value as high as $2+ billion. He served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Global Services. Mike has also served on various boards throughout his career.

They live a God-centered life and have their own ranch in the Texas Hill Country where Kim pursues her passions for birds, nature, and taking care of animals, including their llamas, goats, horses, longhorns, cows and chickens. Mike and Kim have a family of five — Madie, Kait, Jack, plus Trevor, who married Madie in 2019.
