THE LAND

RanchesAt Sentinel Peak

Where multiple hilltops, the Lone Oak at 1,250 feet, and long-distance Hill Country views define the original RanchesAt legacy community in the Blanco River Valley near Wimberley.

Land and Views

The land at RanchesAt Sentinel Peak is defined by varied terrain across multiple hilltops, with long-distance views from higher elevations. Pastures, oak groves, grottos, and spring-fed creeks are distributed across the ranch, shaping a layout guided by topography and sightlines.

Infrastructure

The community features paved private roads, a gated entry, and underground utilities. Homesites are hand-cleared to preserve native landscape and views. An agricultural valuation is supported through wildlife management, with bird feeders and nesting sites placed throughout the ranch.
