THE LANDRanchesAt Driftwood
Lone Woman Mountain anchors RanchesAt Driftwood — a 675-acre ranch on RR 12 in Hays County rising past 1,400 feet, with 40-mile views across the Hill Country.
Land and Views
The land at RanchesAt Driftwood is defined by elevation and relief. Lone Woman Mountain crowns the property at more than 1,400 feet, with ridgelines falling away into hardwood valleys below. Mature oak forests, exposed limestone outcroppings, and open meadow give the ranch a range of terrain uncommon in a single tract. Fifty-seven homesites across 675 acres — an average of nearly twelve acres each — were positioned individually to hold the ridgelines open and give every site its own outlook.
Infrastructure
Homesites range from 10 to 17 acres, served by private roads and a gated entry, with underground utilities throughout. Homesites are hand-cleared to preserve native canopy and sightlines. An agricultural valuation is supported through wildlife management across the ranch. Wimberley and Dripping Springs are both minutes away.
