Oak forest and native meadow across the limestone ridges of RanchesAt Driftwood
NATURAL FEATURES

RanchesAt Driftwood

Oak forest, limestone ridge, and open meadow across 675 acres — with community trails, a pond, and a private hilltop park held in common.

Flora

Mature live oak and hardwood forest covers much of the lower ranch, opening to native grasses and meadow on the higher ground. Limestone outcroppings break through along the ridgelines, and the elevation change creates distinct growing conditions from valley floor to summit — cooler, shaded hollows below and exposed, wind-carried ridge above.

Fauna

An agricultural valuation is supported through wildlife management, with feeders and nesting sites placed throughout the ranch. Native Hill Country wildlife moves freely across the property — the scale of the ranch and the density of its cover make it genuine habitat rather than a corridor.
